Hello! Destination Management interview questions

The interview process was disjointed, they made me create 3 presentations to show thought process and aesthetics, they were not supposed to be full blown proposals. However, during the in-person interview some of the questions they asked clearly demonstrated that they were expecting full blown proposals. I received great feedback from the independent recruiter that contacted me for the opening, she reviewed the proposals beforehand and give me knowledgeable feedback, saying the presentations were very strong. After that interview I confirmed to myself that these presentations should've been requested after the in person interview. I worked for 10 days straight sourcing ideas and vendors to add and building visually compelling proposals, if I had to build 3 full blown proposals, it would probably had taken me another 10 days. As soon as I walked into the office I realized that the place wasn't for me, it wasn't a pleasant environment and the cubicles layout wasn't conducive for employees to feel like professionals. I also sensed that the executives who interviewed me were lacking professionalism, and their answers to some of my questions were vague, or they didn't have knowledge of their company, or the company wasn't as organized and structured as I was expecting.

Informational and descriptive. Open availability recommended in certain roles. Teamwork focus with high standards goals. Creativity, persistence and success are the main goals in this great company. Glad to belong to it!
