Heath Ceramics interview questions

Very positive interview process that included writing prompt, conversation with HR, and timely follow up. So often job seekers are left hanging, not knowing what will happen next, but Heath Ceramics was very considerate with their responses and timely communication. Much appreciated.

Interviewed at both main SF location and Ferry Building. At the main location, met with the manager for a short conversation and only heard back 2 weeks later. When I interviewed at the Ferry Building, was in touch with the manager. It took long to get responses to set up the interview, only to find out it was going to be a phone interview. No problem with that, but if told at the beginning, it would have been easier to schedule rather then being under the assumption of having to go on site. Had a short conversation and was told I would be notified at the beginning of the following week, didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Manager also was disorganized and mixed me up with another applicant, showing a lot of unprofessionalism. Both times, the lack of timeliness toward me and applicants was rude and disrespectful.
