First round with recruiter. Conversation went well, but never heard back after, despite stating he would be calling back that day to schedule face to face interviews with team. Followed up via email couple of times after this and he simply never responded.

The interview process was fair and professionally conducted. It seemed a little weird that they asked if I would be interested in a Supervisor role instead (one level down and would have been a lateral move for me) but I said no because I wanted to stand my ground that I was more than ready to take on an AMD role.

Easy... went in for two rounds after initial HR call. Asked basic Qs about past client work and nothing too crazy outside of the normal: how do you work with a team and how do you handle clients.
