Phone interview followed by 2 hour face to face. Set up next interview for others to be present. Received and email saying the next step is a day long "ride along"... Hum with who? before I am an employee? So basically they want my leads.....I didn't think so. I was encouraged however this "next step" is very shady. Could be one or two bad apples however they are unilaterally setting the company up for a lawsuit with these practices. Candidates beware!
