I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hearst (Rogers, AR) in May 2016
Interview
Met First with Local Sales Manager- Took appx 1hr. Then follow up with General Manager, and a short conversation with the Station President. The actual conversation was rather informal. Everything else including dress was formal. Questions were around past history, the challenges of the industry, and how my past experience would make me successful.
