1. 30 minute general interview and excel test. 20 minute excel test - very easy. Covers basic excel functions and pivot tables. Interview was very standard - educational background, motivations, why Hearst?, what qualities do you think you'll bring to the role, etc. Very standard. Both interviewers were really nice - Head of Subscriptions and Senior Circulation Analyst. 2. 30 minute final interview Interviewed by 3 people - Head of Subscriptions, Head of Circulation, Senior Circulation Analyst Similar to the first interview, except Head of Circulation mainly asked the questions. Really enjoyable interview, everyone is really nice! Just a shame I didn't get an offer as they thought I was "too bright".
