I had a very positive experience interviewing with the team at HealthVerity. Their People Operations Director, Amanda, was friendly, professional, and communicated regularly with me throughout the process - not something you can say about other companies. I had two phone interviews and an on-site interview with several members of the HealthVerity team. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the interview questions were tailored towards them finding not only someone with the right skills for the job, but also the right fit for the group. I found this refreshing. Also, for me as a candidate, it gave me a great sense of the people I would be working with and if I would enjoy working with them. I did not receive an offer or a rejection as I accepted another offer before HealthVerity reached a decision on whom they would hire for the position. Had I been offered the position, I would have strongly considered it because I had such a positive experience meeting with the team. I would highly recommend considering HeathVerity if you are in the market for a new position.
