I applied at the suggestion of a current employee. Sent my resume and cover letter via company web page. Recieved a request for a phone screenign with HR. After phone screen was completed was invited to meet with the hiring manager who conducted a routine interview. I was then asked back for a second interview with team of individuals including supervisors, direct staff and managers. Recieved an offer from hiring manager a week after final interview.
