I have been scheduled for an interview/phone screen twice with an HR person. I have been available and waiting both times now for this phone screen, and the person keeps missing, and wanting to move it back to incredibly late hours.I am a high level professional with a doctorate, and find this extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.
