Interview
1st round included MMI (Multiple Mini Interview). Which is an extermely structured and timed process. Invented by McMaster University and originally intended for Med school admissions. Essay and tightly timed problem solving exercise
2nd round which took place a couple of weeks later consisted of a team aditional behavioural interview
