This review is not factual, and is probably for a competitor with a similar name. We do not have offices in Harrisburg, PA. That said, we do encourage licenses in multiple states as we operate in 46 states and get leads all over the country. This year, as an example, we are asking agents to get licensed in 10 specific states as we will likely have 15,000 plus inbound phone calls come in to the agency, and we need agents to handle them. We do not lock anyone's license and provide releases to agents provided they have no debit balance. Most agencies will actually hold an agent's release for as long as possible, but HRT does not do that. Feel free to call us or ask about this in an interview.
