Health Coach Institute interview questions

The interview consisted of two calls with two of the leadership overseeing the coaching department. Both calls were very inspiring and the staff created a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere during the call. I was asked a few questions and told why I was being considered for the position. It was the most comfortable and empowering interview I've ever experienced.

Very disorganized and hypocritical company. They are all about health and promoting the next generation of coaches, yet they ask prospective employees to work upwards of 60 hours a week. Nights, weekends, holidays, and basically whenever they want you online. That doesn’t sound like balance to me. They also promote being a virtual company but they want you glued to your desk at home 24/7. The interview process was very disorganized and involves 5 rounds of speaking to multiple employees. It was very redundant.
