The interview was unprofessional, there was no clear information about the role and it seemed as though it was not worth their time to give any clarity. Overall it was sad to see in an industry built on building confidences that it could be so judgmental and dismissive.

Interview
I had an interview with Karen, but unfortunately, it felt very dismissive. She provided very little detail about the role, seemed disinterested in what I had to say, and rushed through the entire process. It was really disheartening because I genuinely believed that my experience with Sephora and Lancôme, along with my open availability, would make me a strong candidate for the next round. I’m feeling pretty discouraged.
The interview process was quick & not super detailed- they asked really easy questions and I got the feeling there were not many qualifications you needed to be considered. Everyone was really nice that I spoke with throughout the process but my one complaint was that they couldnt realy talk about growth in the company.
