HeadFarmer interview questions

Asked for extensive (mostly irrelevant) details from 25 years ago; asked for multiple references well before I was even presented to client (why bother ex-colleagues before it is necessary?); had me come in person for several hours. Then... zero communication on the process. I had to find out through a third party that the position had already been filled. Worst communication from a headhunter I've ever experienced.
