Boring, there was no concrete questions. Interviewer was winging it. He was mumbling along the way and at times I feel he's sarcastic on things. The 2nd Interview came with a Panel and they're even more trying to impress the Senior Management rather than ask the proper questions needed to be asked a candidate. Obviously all of them are new to their own roles and were deemed fit through association not by qualification. Perhaps they've been on that company for a longer period of time rather than their qualification on being a great Manager instead.
