A brief phone call to discuss the position. No formal interview. A few questions about your availability and statements on their pay, about the job and when to start. Was not formal and they needed someone quickly.

It was a simple process that the company walked through. Had the ability to ask questions & gain a better understanding of the position, which was helpful. Questions were well thought out, knowledge based, situational all while being natural & not stress inducing
