The hiring process is very professional and efficient. There was no wasted time, and no games. HUSD has a need for a quality individuals and they dont waste much time when they have the opportunity to hire one. The interview process was really a formality. The main interview questions revolved around when can you start work.

They just want to know how you would handle difficult situations with students and if your equipped to be disrespected. They will also ask about the reasons that you would want to work for the organization.
