Hayman Company interview questions

I can't imagine anyone in their right mind wanting to work for this company. When I walked in for an "interview" all the employees genuinely looked miserable, not a smile in the entire office. When I did met with the Regional and VP, they were unprepared, even on where we could sit and interview. Thank goodness I brought multiple copies of my resume because they didn't have one, or even read it before my arrival. The VP came late and then excused her self before the interview was over. I asked her "what does support look like for your property managers?"....she blanked out for a brief moment and said " nothing is based on feelings, its all KPI's". I then asked what the KPI's were for this property and she admitted at the moment there were none. Neither of them could sell the community or the company, they like everyone else I encountered seemed miserable. Granted the property is in recievership, you would imagine they'd still want to sell their company and this position, even if I wasn't the right candidate, still portray your company in high regards to the public and treat candidates with professionalism. My advice to Hayman Corporate coach senior leadership on protecting public imagine and professionalism- it will trickle down to the team. I feel awful for the new Regional who's been there 5 months- peace be with you, youre going to need it.
