I was emailed to set up an interview, we set it up and they sent me an invite through google calendar.
They completely missed their call time and didn’t respond to my email asking if I got the time wrong. 2.5 hours later I have 3 missed calls from them (I was busy at work) and no message. Then they emailed me saying they decided not to move forward with my application. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful.

Interview
First part was a brief phone interview that mainly asked about my experience. After I was offered the job to be on-site, I decided to drive the distance to see the location and meet the manager first before accepting job offer.

Two step process, Regional Manager led the interview, very professional and indepth questioning. She was refreshing to be an interview with. I felt excitement for the company listening to her.
