Apply online, and if they're interested they will call you and setup a brief phone interview with multiple people. Phone interview was fairly casual. I ultimately declined because the pay is too low, although this isn't the official reason that I gave.They also offered a relocation package which isn't really enough to make the move. I would have accepted if Hawaii Electric offered to pay for a full relocation, and paid above the market rates to reflect cost of living in Hawaii.
