A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about an open position. We began to communicate over email and discussed compensation requirements so that we wouldn’t waste eachothers time. After that we setup a call where the position, my work experience, etc. Later in the call they told the range for the salary which was below what we discussed on email. At this point I think they could sense my disappoint. I couldn’t help but feel like they wasted my time.
