Similar to the other review posted, it was strange. I had a phone interview that went well + was then invited to come in to meet with the head of the company.
I was quite disappointed that although I had an interview scheduled with her, I never actually met her. Instead, the same person who'd interviewed me over the phone a couple days earlier now asked me pretty much the same questions he'd just asked me all over again (then told me she got pulled out of the office or something).
In my 20+ years in the workforce, that's the first and last time this has happened to me.
Anyway, he told me a few days later, they were going with another candidate.

Strange at best. An initial phone screen led to arranging an in-person meeting. A meeting that was cancelled that morning and postponed until the president returned from a pitch. I was then ghosted for 2 weeks. When I finally got a response out of them (after several emails) I was told that she was re-thinking the role. BS. Read these reviews. Do your research. I spoke with friends in the business and they all agreed. Also, the people listed on the site don't actually work there. They are friends or freelancers. This is a revolving door as some of the reviews have stated. AVOID...AVOID...AVOID.
