The hiring and interview process was very much in my favor because I was a volunteer for years before I applied for a paid position. The interview consisted of a one on one interview and I had to bring my proof of my address because the position was only available to those that live in the city of Hartford. It was an interesting interview consisting of the normal interview questions that one would encounter.
