It was a short interview asking me about soft skills and what experience I had in customer service. I received a call for an interview within a couple weeks of applying and was able to start working soon after.
There was a in person interview. It took 20 min. Very general interview questions. Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work for us? It was a very straightforward interview.
