The interview was supposed to start at 12 put the person I was interviewing with was on lunch then had to take a conference call which pushed it back 30 mins when I got there 20 min early for the interview.

Asked general questions to get a feel of who you are and if you are a hard worker. They ask about customer service experience and talk to about the training program.
