On the spot interview after completing the application. The interviewer was friendly and gave an overview of the company and position. He asked what prompted my application. He also asked about any prior experience wearing a headset, taking phone calls. I also had to complete a computer test.

Interview
Very basic, not very informative about how their operation works. Many things seemed pretty standard for the basic interview process in a company such as that. Seemed somewhat rushed and as if the person doing the interview was simply looking for me to answer the questions in a certain manner just so that they could sign me up. To summarize - looking for a "body".
