Very pushy recruiting process. It's just to get you in to fulfill the recruiting quota. Seems like a crazy work environment. Some interviewers also did not know how to ask the right questions. One very very rude interviewer that you were not able to ask any questions. I would not work at this company. Lots of turnover.
Easy phone screen followed by a lengthy in person interview. Average interview process and quick responses. Friendly staff, seemed to be a fast paced environment. Hiring manager was very clear about reporting structure and job expectations.

Question 1
Previous experience in the field, salary expectations
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Harpoon Therapeutics (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2020
Interview
This company moved very quickly through the whole process, but really slowed down at the reference check and decision making process before ghosting me inspite of "glowing references" as per the recruiter. I believe they were unclear on what they wanted and sort of had a paralysis by analysis situation. They probably had too many candidates in the interview process. They spoke with atleast one of my references multiple times "asking the same question in different ways" and left my reference and the recruiter frustrated.
