You will meet with Residents Life Coordinator (also called a RLC or dorm mom) you will talk about the position. I really enjoyed it and thought it was fun. I absolutely loved my time there

I talked with an RLC and she asked me questions about my background, living situation, cleanliness, and moral standing. The interview was relaxed and friendly. There were many personal questions, and a few questions about my other work experiences. The interview went really well.
