Hard Rock Digital interview questions

Took screening call via video call. The problem was that my camera was on. The woman who interviewed me showed up 4 minutes late and had her camera off with many distracting sounds in the background. I didn't hear back from them after I was told I would hear back within a week. I had to proactively ask for an update. Then I was told I wouldn't make it to next steps. For a big organization, I was surprised by the level of unprofessionalism.

first interview with recruiter, have a follow up this week. second INTERVIEW IS WITH THE TEAM LEAD. Will see how it goes. At the first interview they give you a run down of the position you are applying for and the salary expectations,
