One question they asked was about my previous experience and how it relates to the role, including examples of handling customer interactions, working with teams, and using technology or systems to improve efficiency.
Took screening call via video call. The problem was that my camera was on. The woman who interviewed me showed up 4 minutes late and had her camera off with many distracting sounds in the background.
I didn't hear back from them after I was told I would hear back within a week. I had to proactively ask for an update. Then I was told I wouldn't make it to next steps.
For a big organization, I was surprised by the level of unprofessionalism.
