Invited to an hour long interview but it was max 10 minutes, interviewer was late and asked where I lived and if I knew how to use Microsoft. Felt very informal and like I was a waste often their time. After this interview I was told there would be a second interview with a manager so I’m not sure who led the first interview

I formal chat. Interesting. In the hotel lounge not a private room. Then a trial session to see what the work involved. Sat listening to one member of the team and the manager showed me a few things

The process was very quick, took two days to arrange the interview and the interview itself was about 30 mins. Friendly team of two interviewers, made me feel welcome and respected. Appropriate questions about experience, life balance and some examples of complaints to respond to.
