I applied online. I interviewed at Harbinger Marketing
Interview
All I can say is, WOW. This team is very organized and thorough in their interviewing process. I’ve been in the working field for over 15 years and never had an interview like this. I’m saying that in a positive way though. It seems the few employees that I spoke with love their jobs and take protecting what they’ve built very seriously. I did not get a job offer, but I will be applying again. I want what they have.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Harbinger Marketing (Tyrone, GA) in Aug 2020
Interview
I received prescreening questions via email, which I replied to. After that, I was invited to schedule a zoom interview that same week. After that interview, I was asked to schedule an in-person interview, and they flew me from Louisville to ATL to interview in person.
All the interviews were dialogic, which kept it exciting, almost fun even. The questions regarding work experience and personal skills or goals were fun to answer, and it was a good time to learn more about the company too.

Question 1
Growth is exciting, and growth is part of our mission statement, but what makes growth exciting to you? Growth can't be an end in itself. At the end of the day, why do you want to join a company that's growing rapidly?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Harbinger Marketing (Tyrone, GA) in Jul 2020
Interview
I was saddened to read the previous review from someone who also interviewed at Harbinger as this was not my experience. I applied online for the Social Media Coordinator position and heard back via email within 1 business day from the CEO that he was interested in my resume and sent me a few pre-screening questions before scheduling an interview. My answers were well received as an interview was scheduled via Zoom (#covidprobs) that same week.
Mr. Harbin (CEO) was professional, precise, and didn’t waste my time. Although I have a short marketing background I didn’t have much experience to offer so unfortunately the interview ended without a job offer. I was thankful that he took the time to explain why and even mentored me in ways that I can grow in the field.
After hearing from Mr. Harbin about the rapid growth of the business and the core values the company holds I hope to gain experience and reapply in the future. This company definitely left a positive impression.
