I had a 40 Minuite phone interview and they didn't get back to me. I ran several times, but they kept fobbing me off. I think that this organisation uses call centres and outsources their hiring. It seemed a very large HR department with so many people and well definied processes considering the size of the organisation. They promised to let me know but never did, waste of time. I rang several times and each time the promised to ring back but never did. This organisation has a very high turnover of nursery managers, and its all under the radar. I would avoid this employer.
