I got a call for php tech lead interview from their HR. In the first round they asking irrelavent questions like how cloud is working and Operating system stack working etc., stating those are related to php and you mentioned in your resume. And they asked about apache in depth, some how i have managed to give proper answers for it . they think that we are fool and they are genius like that and explaining what they saying correct like that..If you give proper answer then they stop in middle of it saying ok leave that and asking out of scope question. two guys will take interview , one wil ask their own questions and other will see timing in his mobile. once 40 minutes completed they will stop and leave. they asked irrelevant questions for 30 minutes and asked only few questions in php then they jumped to framework. Even they asking question like why you changing your company? if say my reason they saying its not valid reason... and why we need to hire you? i think there is no HR manager in happiest minds that s why they asking this type of question in first round itself.

3 rounds of interview. 2 technical and 1 HR. technical round may include direct interview with clients. overall if you selected in client interview, rest all rounds will be formal interview.
