Very good process. Enthusiastic interviewer who seemed to know what the company is about. The interviewer discussed that they liked their job and the company overall. Overall it was a good experience
During the interview process a lot of questions are asked to see if you are good fit. Company is very therapy intense so if you don't mind that you will be great fit.

They hased me if I would be willing to do therapy only sessions as a PMHNP.
Very good. Smooth and organized. Very straightforward. The interviewer did a PowerPoint presentation during the interview that explains the compensation, benefits, and workflow. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. She said that they will make the decision in a couple of days. No second interview needed.
