It started with a phone conversation with the recruiter for about 30 minutes. He invited me to a F2F interview to meet the rest of the team. At the in-person interview, I spent about 15 minutes getting a tour of the place with the recruiter and even got some coffee at their coffee station (delicious!). Interviewed with the whole team (10 people), which I thought was a great idea! It gave me the chance to get to know each team member to make sure I felt comfortable possibly working with these people. They kept it super casual and made it feel like a conversation more than an interview. Since it was more conversational, there wasn't any typical interview questions asked. Overall, great interview process with really welcoming people.

Phone interview and then an in person interview. Everyone was very nice and it seemed like a good environment. I ultimately declined the position due to the commute time it would take me to get there. If it was in the East Bay, I probably would have accepted.
