The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Hanson Dodge
Interview
An initial phone call, followed by a virtual interview, and then an in-person interview. There were a few red flags for me:
-The person that I'm assuming was the recruiter (never got confirmation) was not very responsive with scheduling or with her follow-ups
-The hiring manager that I had my virtual interview did not know the salary range budgeted for this role
-There seemed to be no one in the office during my in-person interview on one of their in-office days (though I was not given a tour of the office)
-Through my conversations and learning more about the role, it seemed that the title and responsibilities were misaligned. I believe a title that would have been more fitting is Jr Account Executive rather than a Project Manager (someone who would be assisting the lead AE with client communications and organization).
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hanson Dodge (Anaconda, MT) in Aug 2024
Interview
1. Screening Call 1:1 with Hiring Manager, 2. Hour 1:1 Interview with Hiring Manager, 3. 45 Minute 1:1 Interview with Account Manager, 4. 30 Minute 1:1 with HR Leader. The process went well until Step 4. The HR Leader threw the process off and extended the process by at least 2 more weeks, I was rejected after meeting with the HR Leader.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hanson Dodge in Dec 2021
Interview
Easy process, HR conversation was higher level and general and interview with reporting manager was very personable and conversational. We mutually decided the postition wasn't for me so we didn't go further.
