They asked a series of questions about me as well as other relevant questions to the position. No drug test, no written test, just some questions to see if it would be a good fit. I was hired on the spot!

What was a scenario in which you used exceptional customer service?
It was chill and laid back, the person was very nice. The questions were really easy and it wasn’t long at all I was in and out. It was overall a great experience and I enjoyed it, even though I was really nervous.

Relaxed, lasted 15 minutes. asked a few questions. Asked if I would be able to perform all job functions. Talked with a manager after for about five minutes long. Was offered the job the next day.
