Interview
Sat down and talked about my resume, goals, and how restaurants work. I let them know that I wanted to move up as a server. Took 6 months for them to promote me after going through different random servers in the hiring process. Becoming a server here was worth the money compared to the work of a busser. Also the dinner shift can get very tiring by cleaning up the whole restaurant after all the customers leave, if the customers decide to leave on time.

Interview
The interview process was on the spot, they expected you to be well dressed for a casual job. But usually, there is not interview, it's more like a straight up tryout where you dress all black and just get the experience right the way.
