I got a phone call and was asked a simple question. I assume my answer got me a call to be invited for an interview. I came into the lobby and waited. The manager came out to get me and then took me to her office for the interview.

I thoroughly enjoyed my interview at the Hampton Inn. The manager was friendly, the space was immaculate, and the welcoming staff made me feel appreciated and valued. I ended up taking the position and I loved it. The salary wasnt t high but the staff is easy to work with.

Interview
The first interview was with the hotel manager. Then met with the assistant manager and sales manager. She called back later to offer job over the phone, paperwork was then emailed.
Not so formal, discussed my prior experience and how it will it contribute to my success in this position, discussed my expectations for the role and their expectations towards my performance
