I had 2 virtual interviews: one with HR and one with the hiring manager. Both of those experiences were pleasant. I then was invited for a 3 hour in person interview with 3 members of their leadership team. I met separately with each interviewer. One interviewer seemed to be asking questions to gauge how old I was. She asked me questions about jobs I held in high school and college. I graduated high school over 20 years ago so how this was relevant, I’m not sure. It was uncomfortable. She gave conflicting information about the job’s hybrid status and really exemplified how stuffy the company is. The third interviewer barely gave me the time of day. She cut our time short and berated me for not progressing in my career. I left the experience feeling awful. Definitely not a place I’d want to work! The interview outline process I was given did not match what they ended up executing. There were points in the process where Hammes seemed disorganized and confused about who I should speak to next.
