      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Mar 1, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Wichita, KS
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hamilton Relay (Wichita, KS) in Apr 2017

      Interview

The interview process is simple enough. There are 4 assessments which must be completed and passed before continuing interview. Which includes, a spelling test (simple), reading (easy), you have to compare what you hear and what you read and then a verbal test which is more difficult. I recommend watching tv and repeating what you hear at a minimal delay.

I applied online. I interviewed at Hamilton Relay (Baton Rouge, LA)

      Interview

The interview is very quick. They typing test you have to do it with a foot peddle, which was new to me. When you walk in the office the atmosphere is very friendly everyone walks by with smiles on their faces and they all speak to you and ask if you need anything while waiting.

      Anonymous interview candidate
      Columbus, GA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Hamilton Relay (Columbus, GA) in Jan 2018

      Interview

Put in online application and called to check on it, the lady took my name and told me they will be in touch. They called about a week after I put in application, to schedule and interview the lady explained the benefits and incentives as well as the pay rate $10.50. However, once I arrived at the location I was greeted and the lady had me to take a seat then I was called to the back in and office with someone where they assist you in taking the assessments it’s 4 she stated but it’s 5 some kinda way. Then I was instructed to get on computer and put headset on, which is in the room as well. I began to type and she says to type what you hear, you don’t have to be fast. So I did wasn’t that great. Test 2 reading a piece of paper and it went well. Test 3 taking a Spelling test 20 words messed up big time I haven’t taken a Spelling test since elementary I told her. Test 4 putting back on the headset and say what you hear without thinking about it, if you think about it you’ll mess up like me. I didn’t get job too many errors. Keep in mind that your helping people who can’t see nor hear. That’s why the Assessments is so simple. Good Luck.
