The interview was in person and it was one on one. No intimidation and it was very easy. The interview was very relaxed and the questions were not hard at all.
Organized by manager through email, friendly and open. Gave a few time slots to choose from. Receptive to questions. Met at Oakville hospital. Two people did the interviewing, one being the manager

I had a short phone interview and the manager was negative and talked about how difficult the job and role is. She did not have much confidence that she could find an employee, meanwhile, I am an experienced nurse with many years working!
