The manager called me, set up a time for the interview. Went in a specified time and got asked several questions. Didn't go to bad in spite of my nerves. Hired me on the spot. Called back a few days later with my schedule.

"Tell us a time where you went out of the way to make a customer happy."
"Tell us about where you had to deal with a difficult customer, how did you handle it"
etc....
Went in to drop off a resume and was interviewed on the spot. Very easy and casual if you need a temp job and it's the right time of year they're always looking.

Interview
I applied online and got called the next day setting up a time for an interview 3 days later. The interview was with the GM and asked basic questions, very easy and lasted about 5-10 minutes. I was told they cannot hire on the spot so she said I would hear back within a couple days. I got a call two days later and was hired and asked to fill out some forms online. Started three days after.
