The interview itself went well, and I had a good conversation with the hiring manager. I was told I’d receive feedback within a few days about whether I’d progressed to the next stage, but I never heard anything back. I completely understand if I wasn’t selected, that’s not an issue, but it would’ve been appreciated to be informed either way. Experiences like this are why I generally prefer applying directly to companies rather than going through recruiters.
