I was afforded the opportunity to meet the team (and so vice versa), which instilled confidence that it's a collaborative environment. The culture is clearly important here. It took several sessions, but that's to be expected. Hiring the right candidate for fit and skill set is important, so it shouldn't be taken lightly. I felt as though I was treated fairly, and with respect.
