Interview
They bring you to a very nice fancy location to do your very first interview. However this is not the location you will be working out of you will be working outside door-to-door are at Costco or Sam's Club trade show area. The overall process was very quick because the interviewer said they only have so many positions available I need you to start immediately they like who you are and will get you started right now. Untill you find out what you're doing.

Hafner & Associates has different campaigns and one does involve working in a retail environment and another is more residential, however as far as the position is concerned the marketing side is not our focus. This is an accelerated management training program and we do residential/retail face to face marketing to learn the basics, then cross-train the position into management. Everyone that works at our company is a part of our daily office meetings here at our downtown office location. Hafner & Associates is a tight-knit team so anyone interviewed is walked through a specific, strategic three-part interview process and drug/background screening as any addition to the H & A family is carefully and intentionally chosen.
