The firm brought me in for an in person interview that lasted around 40 minutes in a conference room. I was interviewed by two partners of the firm, who were both very friendly to me.

Phone interview with HR and then in person interview with the HR person and "office manager". They were both asking questions, and I felt the interview went very well. They really emphasized 'personal injury experience' which I didn't have. This was why I did not get the position. .
