Haas TCM interview questions

I got an e-mail about setting up an interview and then went in for an in-person. It was relatively painless, however, my interviewer is no longer employed with the company which says a lot about the company itself. After I left the interview he started calling my references, and I literally got an offer a day or two later.

Communication was great prior to the interview. Manager was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. There were some support staff in the interview as well that asked questions pertaining to day to day duties. All in all I was very comfortable and it was a no pressure interview.
