Interview
Had three phone interviews over the span of 2.5 months. They followed up with a request for an onsight panel interview with two HR reps (fgeneralist and VP of HR), plus the candidate I would be replacing (she was retiring)

Question 1
Asked what my salary requirements were. Told them, and they said I was in range. This was followed with a panel interview for 1.5 hours...With many of the standard questions answered.
