Started with an application, followed by a group interview that tested our communication and negotiation skills. Then had another individual interview with two associates and one HR person. Not too difficult, a lot of the questions were personality based or general, e.g., why do you want to work here, what was your favourite subject, etc.

Group interview + one-on-one interview with partner and one other. Group interview with 40 other applicants involving negotiations activity and networking with members of the firm. One on one interview with behavioural questions.

Group interview was a negotiation activity with other applicants. Very relaxed and testing communication and teamwork styles.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HWL Ebsworth (Sydney) in Apr 2024
Interview
Commenced with a written application, then assessment centre with a negotiation activity and then a networking session with the Partners. Second round was an interview with two Partners and a HR rep. The interview was conversational.
